"VAN" (Sports Desk - 17.04.2026) :: Super Comp is set to host a tight, technical, and highly strategic showdown of Super Stock and Competition Eliminator competitors when the 2025/2026 ANDRA Regional Sportsman Championship concludes at Dragway at The Bend this Saturday, April 18.
Connor McClure, Shayne Reid, Luke Cartledge, Mitch Oxley, and Craig Geddes will all do battle for the event-winning Gold ANDRA Christmas Tree at this highly anticipated event.
Championship honours are also on the line, with McClure leading the way in Competition and Shayne Reid on top of the points standings for Super Stock.
Despite not yet securing an event win this season, West Australian McClure’s steady performance has placed him in a strong position heading into the finale.
“We are super excited to get back to Adelaide and wrap up a huge year of travelling for our team,” McClure said.
“Leading the points into the final round is a credit to the whole team for putting together such a consistent car for all these rounds.
“It would be the exclamation mark on our championship and a huge reward to everyone involved for their efforts if we can come away with the win – something which has eluded us all season!”
Reid heads to the finale after a season of both triumph and challenge.
“Heading into the last round leading the points is such an awesome feeling,” Reid said.
“It’s been a season of highs and lows for us – from a first event win in Portland to a hurt engine in Sydney.
“To win an ANDRA Championship in our maiden season would be unbelievable, and a long‑time dream of ours.”
