Who led Haiti at their first FIFA World Cup in 52 years, has mutually parted ways with the team

"VAN" (Sports Desk - 15.07.2026) :: The Haitian Football Federation (FHF) has announced that it has parted ways with coach Sebastien Migne, three weeks after the nation exited the FIFA World Cup 2026 at the group stage.

Back on the global stage for the first time since 1974, Les Grenadiers lost all three of their Group C matches, against Scotland, Brazil and Morocco.

In a statement, the FHF thanked Migne for his “professionalism, commitment and dedication” and said that the decision was one made “amicably” between both parties.

“The decision, made in a spirit of mutual respect and dialogue, allows both parties to move forward calmly to the next stage of their respective journeys,” said Patrick Massenat, the FHF General Secretary.
