Breathtaking performance by Hemant Brijwasi during International Geeta Jayanti Mahotsav

“VAN” (Neha Naithani – Kurukshetra) :: India; the land of different traditions and cultures. In India Haryana’s Kurukshetra is the birthplace of the Holy Scripture Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta, where it was offered to Arjuna by Lord Krishna.
Dedicated to the birth of the sacred Geeta, every year International Geeta Jayanti Mahotsav is celebrated at Kurukshetra. Haryana Government has been organizing this Festival since long but from last couple of years this is known by an International program, where from last two years Mauritius is the partner country & in 2018 Gujarat is the partner state. The festival will last from 7 December to 23 December.
There are many programs and evening shows that invite National and International artists from all around. These programs include Dancing, Singing, Poetry Shows & many more at Cultural Event Venue up-to 18th of December 2018.
India’s youngest & most popular, Sa Re Ga Ma & Rising Star champ, renowned Hemant Brijwasi also became the part of International Festival this year. He was born on 5 June 1998 in Mathura District of Uttar Pradesh, India. He is the winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa lil champs (in 2009) and Rising star 2; gave a grand performance with his team at this Festival.
Hemant comes from a family of musicians. He is the eldest son of the Brijwasi family. As the audience must have seen, his father Hukumchand Brijwasi and brothers Chetan brijwasi and Hoshiyar Brijwasi performed along with him as a team. The fan following of the Brijwaji’s caused a large number of audiences to attend the program that was organized in the open ground near Brahmasarovar of Kurukshetra, Haryana. The sweet voice and the breathtaking performance of the Brijwasi’s has always been a centre of attraction for children, youth and old aged people over-here.
Hemant has a strong base in Classical and Sufi singing. He also got a chance to sing in Vishal Shekhar's music direction in “Arjun The Warrior Prince”. Later he also sang a song for the movie Singh Sahab, M.S Dhoni etc. He also did a Pidilite and music album with T-Series. Brijwasi also participated in the popular reality show, India's Got Talent Season 7.
Hemant talked about his connection with Kurukshetra and Geeta Mahotsav exclusively with “VAN”, International News Agency. He said that he comes from Lord Krishna's land, Mathura and it is all because of the almighty's blessing that he has achieved a lot at this age. His performances always include Lord Krishans Bhakti Songs.
Talking to his father we came to know that; how Hemant had a passion for singing since his childhood? His father has always been a good father and a guide for his sons. It was both the hard-work of father and his sons continuously that had provided them fame globally.
At the last of this Exclusive Interview but not least, Hemant gave a message that we should always respect and love our lovely parents; as they provide mental & physical support to us. It is never possible to achieve success without the constant support of our elders.
