"VAN" (Sports Desk) :: Sports marketing firm, Baseline Ventures today announced that they have added the exciting young and technically gifted Women's Cricketer Richa Ghosh to their ever-growing talent roster. The multi-year association between the two parties will see Baseline manage all commercial interests of the 17-year-old youngster.
Born in Siliguri, West Bengal, Ghosh entered the limelight earlier this year, when at the age of just 16, she was selected to be a part of the Indian Women's Cricket Team for their ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2020. The exciting middle-order batsman was also then selected to represent the Indian team for their tri-nation series in Australia. Ghosh, who is tipped to be the next big thing in Indian Women's Cricket, is a right-handed batter by trade, who can bowl medium pace, and also featured for the Trailblazers in the Women's T20 Challenge held on the back of the IPL 2020 season.
