Bradley Announces 2025 FIH Hockey Women’s Junior World Cup Roster

"VAN" (Sports Desk - 17.10.2025) :: U.S. U-21 Women’s National Team Head Coach Ange Bradley has named the 18-athlete roster, plus two traveling reserves and three standby athletes, for the upcoming 2025 FIH Hockey Women’s Junior World Cup (JWC). The team secured qualification last July by finishing second at the 2024 Junior Pan American Championship (JPAC) in Surrey, Canada.

The JWC is set to take place December 1 to 13, 2025 at the National Stadium Sports Park in Santiago, Chile. This site also hosted the 2023 iteration of the event, where the U-21 USWNT finished tenth.

“This group brings a strong blend of experience and youth,” said Bradley. “Each athlete’s strengths complementing another’s gaps. Our challenge now is how quickly we can become united after the NCAA season, making our connection and collective play our greatest strength. Together, we will bravely represent the USA with pride, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of a top eight finish.”

Nine athletes return from the 2024 JPAC squad. The returners are Mia Abello, Olivia Bent-Cole, Maci Bradford, Josie Hollamon, Alyssa Klebasko, Dani Mendez, Ava Moore, Mia Karine Myklebust, and Mia Schoenbeck.

There are also nine athletes who competed at the recent 2025 Junior Pan American Games in August in Asunción, Paraguay. Four athletes from JPAC—Bradford, Klebasko, Moore, and Myklebust—in addition to Ella Beach, Madison Beach, Sofia Ferri, Lauren Masters, and Alaina McVeigh. The team went home with a silver medal after falling to Argentina in the final.

In terms of experience, there are four athletes on the roster who competed at the 2023 JWC. They are Abello, Bent-Cole, Hollamon, and Mendez. Additionally, Reese D’Ariano, Hollamon, and Schoenbeck competed with the senior USWNT at the 2025 Pan American Cup this past July.
