"VAN" (Zubair Tantray - Kashmir) :: A sweeper was crushed to death by an unknown vehicle at Beehama Ganderbal near HDFC Bank in a hit-and-run case at central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district today. According to reports that Fayaz Ahmed 35 years old was on duty when unknown vehicle hit him on the road, a resident of Badergund was brought to district hospital ganderbal and doctors decleared him dead. Station House Officer (SHO) police station Ganderbal Arshid Ahmed told that it was a hit and run case. He said they have traced out the vehicle and the driver will be arrested soon. “A case has been registered into the incident,” he said. Muncipal Committee employees demands arrest the driver and punish him under the law.
