The action will come thick and fast at the Kokugikan Arena on 6 August. Amid a swirl of tense semifinals, the medal round for the men's heavyweight division will be decided.

The day's action runs from 14:00 - 15:40 and, aside from the men's final, there will also be a pair of semifinals in the Women's Middle (69-75kg) and Men's Light (57-63kg).
